Some exciting news for our sports-loving Mustangs John Muir Track Stars! Wanna shake off the rust after a month away from the Trials Meet? Starting tomorrow after school, we will hold OPTIONAL afterschool practices on the lower field so you can reconnect with your athletic talents before the All City Championships on March 27. Practices will be held from 3:15 to 4:30pm under the supervision and coaching of Ms. Rogers and Mr. Choe. Wednesday practice will be high jump and relay handoffs, while Thursday will be sprints, relays, long jump, and shot put! Make sure to let your parents know right away and be READY FOR THE BIGGEST TRACK MEET IN THE CITY!! LET’S GET THAT W & GO MUSTANGS!!
And how about if you are a basketball fan? Do you want to play in our very own Muir Madness? Well, in case you missed the announcement last Friday, the Muir Madness basketball games will be playing March 23 thru April 3. If you want to play, put together a team! See the specific instructions on forming a team in your grade level Google Classroom. Fill out the Google Form and be ready to play. First come, first serve... the first 16 teams submitted will be considered. Talk to your friends today.

Attention 6th Graders! today we have a WEB activity on Mustang Field at Lunch time. Join your WEB Leaders for a Gold Coin relay race and have a chance to win a prize!
