Mindful Monday Minute
Every Monday our students do a Social-Emotional Learning activity in their Muir Time class.  We encourage you to follow up with your student on what they discussed.

Today in Muir’s Mindful Monday students learned how to identify effective strategies to manage conflict and regulate your emotions in challenging situations using the 3 C’s of conflict resolution: to Calm down, Communicate clearly, and Compromise respectfully.  Ask your student when and where they would use these strategies.  Next time there is a challenging situation, consider practicing the 3 C’s of conflict resolution with your child.
