This Week’s Happenings at Muir

Lockdown drills on Monday
We will hold a virtual assembly with students on Thursday to discuss our lockdown procedures.  This will be followed by lockdown drills in each class on Monday so that teachers can explain their expectations to students if a lockdown should happen while they are in that class. Please note that lockdown drills are rather quick and unobtrusive.

After school tutoring
After school tutoring has begun and we have tutoring available on Monday through Thursday. This is drop-in tutoring so students will just need to show up ready to work and there will be staff members there to assist them.  The schedule is attached.

Please keep the community clean
We are noticing much more trash that is being left on the street after dismissal. Much of the trash seems to be from parents’ cars.  Please help us to be a good neighbor by taking care of your own trash and not littering outside the campus.
